Dakshin Kannada district citizens, must be on tenterhooks... as residents from North Kerala, especially from Kasargod, frequently come to Mangaluru city, for medical consultations and treatment for their ailments... This is evident because Malayalam is prominently featured, in most Hospitals in the city. The image of Kasargod, Bhatkal always give rise to strong negative emotions, among commoners..... Likewise we in Mumbai have many trade mark locations, which the general public view with much suspicion ......

i think so far Kasargod is the worst in terms of number of cases reported. There may be scores still roaming without knowing.

Most of the low class labour like canteen workers, drivers, helpers in gulf countries are from this district. It is quite natural that they will pick up the infection for sure.

Mangalore should be sealed completely by these unhygienic mallus.
