Mangaluru, Mar 20: Anti Corruption Bureau (ACB) police here have registered a case against tahsildar Guruprasad and Mangaluru 'B' division revenue inspector, on the change of helping two persons to illegally build houses in government land.
There were allegations that fake records were created to falsely show that Souya R N and Preeti D'Cunha Pereira had built their houses before January 1, 2012, in survey no 1554/2B of Kodialbail in Mangaluru 'A' revenue division even though they did not have any pre-existing houses in that survey number.
