Bengaluru, Mar 3: Explosive information is coming to light through SIT investigation of Amulya Leona, who was arrested by the police for raising pro-Pakistan slogans in the anti-CAA meeting at Freedom park in the city.
It has come to light that there was a big plan to create communal violence in the city. A woman of West Bengal origin had used Amulya as a pawn to create communal violence in the city. She allegedly guided Amulya, with whom she was in close contact, as to how to speak in events related to CAA and NRC protests.
Police sources said that the woman of West Bengal origin had brainwashed Amulya by saying, "Your speeches are already admired by scores of people. If you speak like this, your words will have weight. Through videos, you can become a renowned speaker."
Apart from the said woman, there were many people in the team, which was addressed by Amulya as Advisory Committee. This committee used to guide Amulya as to what to speak and what not to in different areas.
"Amulya did not expect that her words will such an impact. She thought that the woman, who was guiding her, is her close-aide. But now she has come to know that the woman, whom Amulya thought as her mentor and guide, was in fact using her as a pawn," said the police sources.
The Bengali woman had introduced herself as Hindu while speaking to Amulya. But when the police checked the background of the woman, they came to know that she does not belong to Hindu religion.
It is disclosed by police sources that the woman is of some other religion and had used Amulya to work out her bigger plan with ulterior motives. She is a resident of Bengaluru and has been asked to report to inquiry at Uppar Pet police station of the city.
