Chamarajanagar, Feb 17: "If anyone, being in India, bats for Pakistan, becomes an anti-national. They should be punished stringently," said BJP state president and MP Nalin Kumar Kateel.
Nalin was responding to the issue of pro-Pak sloganeering by three Kashmiri students of KEL College in Hubballi. He further said, "Though they are students, they have involved in anti-national activity. The issue of releasing them and re-arresting is left to the home department."
Responding to the statement of BJP national chief secretary B L Santhosh that the virus that has come from Congress has joined BJP, Nalin said, "Santhosh has not spoken about enmity. When people join a party from various political parties, it is natural for the differences to arise. So he might have said that virus is entering according situation."
Nalin also said that as per the information available with him minister R Ashok's son was not involved in the Ballari car accident. There is no reason to hide him. This issue will be looked after by the CM.
