He does not have enough experience in driving cars but the accident happened as he was driving the car at high speed, it is said. After the Alto car crossed the divider and hit a Duster car, as a result of which the driver of the other vehicle, Praveen Fernandes, had lost his life.

It is said that five persons including Muhammed Mujafir, Ayesha Mahir, Khaleel and Mehr had gone to Pilikukla on Saturday afternoon. All of them happen to be students of colleges here. After spending time at Pilikula and a mall, they had visited Thokkottu. There is no use in arresting , They will get away with a warning as they are 'minors' . If not 'Mugda Alpasankyatharu' scheme that was initiated by Siddu is applicable to them and they may wriggle out. I dont know if that law still holds. At the end of the day, an innocent life lost.

What about blood money to the victim in this accident? The owner of the car should be held responsible for the blood money.

These spoiled brats are a nuisance and strict action must be taken against the car owner and parents of the boy imposjng heavy penalties and punishment. The ill gotten wealth of parents make children bold to break the laws. Here one innocent bread winner of the family has lost the life leading the family to distress. Get this brat behind the bars for next 15 years so that his head cools and parents too learn the lessons.

The parents of the minor should be tried for murder and the compensation for the victim needs to be extracted for all the occupants of the Alto car.

Book the car owner who has given his car to a minor.

Is car a play item to give it to a minor?

This negligence and irresponsible act has led to taking away the life of a young bread earner of a family.

    Definitely not,
Wong doings are wrong, & whoever it is should be punished, Mr. Anand was absolutely wrong saying that " THEY" "do not respect existing law nor new law", Let us consider this sentence in a goodwill & assume that "THEY" used here are only the parents of minor driver, well, we do not know whether they respect the new law or not, Mr. Anand might know them personally.
    Heres a quote for all
"“Brutality sets you free from fear but puts you against the law and everyone else.”"
