Mangaluru, Jan 20: Regarding the bag found with suspected bomb like device at Mangaluru International Airport, police commissioner Dr P S Harsha said that everything was being handled as per security protocol.

"CISF official found an abandoned bag. Later as per security protocol, the unclaimed baggage was handled. Mangaluru police control room was informed. Bomb detection squad was rushed to the spot. As per safety protocols, the suspected baggage was handled.

“The baggage is being handled at isolation bay as per the protocol. The area has been cordoned off and public has been moved from the place. Situation is under control and police have undertaken all kind of security measures,” said police commissioner Dr P S Harsha.

    The guys who is mocking the fake findings of Mangalore police , if it indeed was a real bomb and the Mangalore police neglects the finding what happens next , so many will lose the lives and for at least couple of months the airports will be closed permanently.

    What happens next , blaming game starts blaming the police for their negligence , bjp vs cong Muslims vs Hindus , do we really want these kind of situation in Mangalore?

    Let them do their jobs , think like a concerned and practical citizen .

    Panic situation is worse than reality.
    People may try to limit movements and shopping and public gathering.
    Finally, it will be another blow on tourism, recreation and spending.
