It is very much appreciated route-march, but let this police force always be sincere in their duties as this route-march is. It seems good, coming in a mass way, but at the same time they have to be impartial and not to become politicians’ servants.

It is a good move & I think for the 01st time ever in Mangalore that we witnessed something like this. I saw it myself in the morning & wondered what Police Officials were upto..!! SP Dr. Rao is taking measures which will help general public to rekindle more confidence and faith in Police Force. God Job sir. Keep it up. Systems will change slowly but steadily, after all Rome was not built in a day...!! Thanks Daiji, for the good coverage.

Until the police force is free from corruption and free from political intervention and again until this force is impartial in handling crisis, such march fasts have no meaning. When a real situation comes for dealing, you can see their true colors. What happened to Udupi DySP Mr Pandit, who handled the goons with iron fist, the political parties came to the rescue of the goon because of his political affiliation. This is just a tip of ice berg.

This is a waste of time and energy as first let them show some basic help to society by not taking bribes and the corruption should stop.

This show of force by the law enforcement should serve as notice to the anti-national elements.
