Mangaluru, Nov 26: As part of VIBGYOR VIVA workshops, VIBGYOR Roots and Rise - here, conducted a chocolate making workshop for their students.
The workshop was well received and more than 30 students participated.
Vernon Savio Lasrado who is the chef and owner of Les Saveurs Groumandes, in the city conducted the workshop. He previously worked as chef with BHMS, Commis in Switzerland and was also associated with Stagiaire, Noma, Copenhagen, Denmark which is included in 'The World’s 50 Best Restaurants'.
