Bengaluru, Nov 16: Volvo Car India in a bid to provide global standards of customer service in Karnataka certifies Martial Motors as a Volvo Personal Service (VPS) dealer in Bengaluru.

VPS is the next level of differentiated service that Volvo Cars globally is rolling-out across markets.

The key benefit of VPS is reduction of waiting time for customers by at least 50%. It also enables the technicians to have direct contact with customers thereby having a clearer communication flow both ways. The certification was done in the presence of Charles Frump, Managing Director, Volvo Car India.

Speaking on the occasion, Charles Frump said: “We believe that the first car is sold from the showroom but subsequent cars are sold by the experience that customers get at service workshops. We are making this experience seamless for our customers through our VPS network. I am happy that our partner Martial Motors is now a certified VPS dealer.”
