Bengaluru: ED serves third-time summons to Shivakumar's wife, mother

Bengaluru, Nov 5: The enforcement directorate (ED) has issued a summons for the personal presence of the former minister, D K Shivakumar's mother and wife.

The petitions filed by Shivakumar's wife and mother seeking to quash the earlier summons of the ED has been posted by Delhi high court for hearing on November 7. The ED has asked them to appear for investigation on November 8.

Relating to the alleged money laundering case, the ED has already questioned D K Shivakumar, his brother and MP, D K Suresh, and daughter, Aishwarya. Summons were issued to his mother, Gowramma and wife, Usha, twice earlier. The current summons is the third one.
