Mangaluru, Oct 19: The PG Department of English, St Agnes College (Autonomous) in association with Inner Wheel Club of Mangalore North organised a programme on Breast Cancer Awareness at St Agnes PG Centre on October 17.
Dr Chethana K, assistant professor, Community Medicine, A J Institute of Medical Science & Research Centre was the resource person.
Dr Sr Vinora AC, co-ordinator of St Agnes PG Centre, presided over the function.
Asha Nayak, president, Inner Wheel Club of Mangalore North, was the guest of honour.
Dr Malini N Hebbar, associate professor of English, St Agnes College and also the past district chairman of Inner Wheel District 318 was the convenor of the programme.
Around 50 staff and students of St Agnes PG Centre and 10 Inner Wheel members, were the beneficiaries of the awareness programme.
