Mangaluru: Suvidha special train extended to Karwar

Mangaluru, Sep 30: The Suvidha special train being run by south-western railway between Yashwanthpur and Mangaluru Junction stations on account of Navaratri has been extended to Karwar.

The Suvidha special train (82655) from Yashwanthpur to Karwar leaves Yashwanthpur at 10.20 pm on October 4. It will reach Mangaluru Junction station at 8.30 am the next day. From there the train will leave for Karwar at 8.50 am and reach Karwar at 2.30 pm the same day.

This train will stop at Mulky, Udupi, Kundapur, Byndoor, Bhatkal, Murudeshwar, Honnavar, Kumta, Gokarna Road and Ankola stations during its journey.

On its return journey, the train (82666) will leave Karwar at 5 pm on October 5 and reach Mangaluru Junction at 9.50 pm. It will leave for Bengaluru at 10.15 pm and reach Yashwanthpur at 8 am on Sunday.

Suvidha train will leave Yashwanthpur at 11.55 pm on October 7 and reach Mangaluru Junction at 9.50 am on October 8 and Karwar at 3 pm. On its return, it will leave Karwar at 5 pm and reach Mangaluru Junction at 9.50 pm. It will leave Mangaluru Junction at 10,15 pm and reach Yashwanthpur at 8 am on October 9.

    Until Karwar is not worthy. Goa and Mumbai is useful to all. Better improve Mangalore-Bangalore route and make it 7 hours journey if they desire or willing to do any improvement.
