If a bike rider or any vehicle owner makes mistake they will be fined. Let me know who shall be fined if the public works department at fault......?????? If our prime minister is not corrupt, why all the builders have to give money to get the permissions...?????? Why he can not find the properties of all the politicians since Independence....?????? Most or None of the politicians are poor in India.
