Bengaluru: Yediyurappa’s soft corner for D K Shivakumar - BJP high command enraged

Bengaluru, Sep 4: The soft-cornered statement given by chief minister (CM) B S Yediyurappa over the arrest of former minister and Congress leader D K Shivakumar had not gone well with the BJP high command. 

Yediyurappa had said that he was not happy over the arrest of D K Shivakumar by the Enforcement Directorate (ED). A report regarding this statement was sent to the BJP high command by B L Santhosh, national organizing secretary of the party. It is said that this has fumed the national president of BJP, Amit Shah.

With regards to the arrest of D K Shivakumar, which has created nation-wide sensation, CM Yediyurappa had said, "I am not happy with the arrest of D K Shivakumar. If he comes out unscathed, I will be happy." This has caused an embarrassment for the BJP. It is learnt that the BJP high command is enraged on this issue. 

Congress is holding nation-wide protest against the arrest of Shivakumar burning the effigy of Amit Shah and Narendra Modi. But CM Yediyurappa has kept mum after giving a soft-cornered statement towards D K Shivakumar. 

Reacting to the news of the arrest of Congress leader D K Shivakumar, CM Yediyurappa had said, "I am not happy about the arrest of the former minister. Let him come out of all this soon. If D K Shivakumar comes out unscathed, I will feel much happier than anyone else. Certain decisions are taken under the framework of law. That is why he has been arrested. I have neither hated anyone in my life nor intended to cause harm. I pray to God for D K Shivakumar to come out of his arrest by ED."

    Answer here is yes Its Rs 8 Crores Seized Cash from his NewDelhi Home .Its a open and shut case .More over the Hawala Operator Mr Sharma has turned approver .His statement has been judiciously recorded by IT and ED .Now how can he escape Law .I don't know can anyone clarify me .
    These days with terror funding going one even of you send Rs 1 abroad or receive Rs 1 you have to write for what purpose the money is transferred and this case happened in the year 2017 .
    ED has not made case about his land grab ,etc etc

    Amit shah is trying to be another dictator by interfering internal matter of karnataka. this should not be allowed. We support CM Yediyurappy for his statemetn that he is not happy on arrest of popular congress leader DK Shivakumar. People all over the stated have agitated on the issue which shows popularlity of DKS. We all support DKS and pray for his immediate release.
