Bangalore, Jun 26: Chief Minister Yeddyurappa has made it compulsory for all the state ministers to be present at the interactive session proposed to be held at a resort in the outskirts of the city on the 27th and 28th of this month.
Giving this instruction to the ministers at the cabinet meeting held on Thursday June 25 after the officials left, he asked the ministers to cancel all their engagements on these two days. "It was decided to involve only a few ministers in the session. However, as this might send wrong signals, I want every minister to be present. 36 officials of the chief secretary level have been asked to take part in the session. Problems relating to each of the departments, new ideas and other subjects will be dealt with by individual officials supported with demonstrations. All the ministers including myself will remain mute spectators without interfering in what the officials have to say," he explained.
