Chandrahas Shetty elected New President of Lions Club of Bombay Lakeside

Mumbai, Jun 24:
The installation ceremony of the office bearers of Lions Club of Bombay Lakeside functioning in the suburb of Mulund here, was held recently at Willows Tower, here.
 
Past president S Peter Furtado presided over the programme.

 


Former Lions district governor Santosh Shetty was the chief guest of the occasion.  Lions Site First district executive president Mahesh Gupta, secretary Lawrence Rony D’Souza, treasurer Benedict Barnes and Shankar Shetty were present at the dais. 
 
Past president S Peter Furtado handed over the charge to the newly elected president Chandrahas Shetty on the occasion. 
 
Newly elected secretary Uday Rao and treasurer Margaret Baretto were also present.
 
Former president Felix Barnes Barkoor, William Sequeira, Vittal Rai, Lawrence Rony D’Souza, Alwyn Rasquinha, Dr Mohan, Shankar Shetty, Lioness Club office bearers and Leo Club members were also present. 
 
Leo Club member Kenneth Sequeira presented a slide show of their club activities. 
 
Jude Lobo and Alfred Lobo compered the programme.
