Kundapur: Shashidhar Hemmady re-elected as president of taluk working journalists' association

Kundapur, Aug 11: The Annual General Body Meeting (AGM) of the working journalists of the taluk was held on Sunday, August 11 at the Ambedkar Bhavan under the presidentship of Shashidhar Hemmady, president of the union.

The election of office bearers for the next year was held. Shashidhar Hemmady was re-elected for the post of president. Nagaraja Rayappanamata was re-elected as chief secretary.

S M Mazhar and Santhosh Kundeshwara were elected as the vice-presidents. Satish Achar was elected as the treasurer, while Raghavendra Balkoor was elected as the joint secretary.

Election officer Ramakrishna Herle oversaw the election proceedings.
