Bengaluru, Jul 11: ICARE Builders & Developers, one of the prominent developers company from Moodbidri, has signed a MOU with Singapore based company CPG Consultant India Pvt Ltd. for technical support for their landmark project ICARE City Mall.

CPG Consultant India Pvt Ltd is wholly owned subsidiary of CPG Corporation Pte Ltd which is having its head quarter in Singapore and has operations in China, Macau, Vietnam, UAE, Philippines, thus serving a wide customer base with its technical expertise. CPG Consultant India Pvt Ltd is operating in India since 2005 and has provided Civil, Structural, Mechanical and Electrical supports to many prominent projects in India.
ICARE Builders & Developers is coming up with a first full-fledged ICARE CITY MALL with 2,00,000 sq ft area at Vidyagiri, Moodbidri. Considering the vast experience of CPG Consultant in higher end projects, ICARE has sought technical support from the Singapore based company.
Speaking to Daijiworld, managing director of ICARE Ashwin Jossy Pereira said, “Though Moodbidri is a tire-3 city, we wanted to make ICARE City Mall, a project a world class amenity. We are not compromising in quality; hence we have hired globally renowned CPG Consultant for technical support. When completed ICARE CITY MALL will be a landmark project of Moodbidri, and which is much needed.”
