Bengaluru: Dr Parameshwara lays foundation stone for Project Vision’s Eye Hospital

Bengaluru, Jun 24: Deputy chief minister Dr G Parameshwara laid the foundation stone for the construction of a well-equipped eye hospital being established by Project Vision at Arasapura in Koratagere of Tumakuru district on Sunday, June 23.

He also inaugurated an eye camp for the benefit of the local people Dr Parameshwara lauded the activities of Project Vision run by Christian missionaries and various other non-governmental organisations in the healthcare and education sectors.

The deputy chief minister mentioned the State Government’s efforts in the healthcare sector, especially Yashaswini and Aroyga Bhagya programmes. He appealed to the private sector to join hands with the government in providing free medical aid to the poor, particularly in rural areas.



Project Vision is a not-for-profit organisation.
