Mangaluru, Jun 17: A case has been registered against a person who shot a video, in which he is heard abusing doctors, police and staff at Wenlock Hospital for delay in treating his friend.
Condemning the assault of doctors in Kolkata, doctors all over the country went on a day-long strike. As the private hospitals remained non-functional, Wenlock Hospital and Lady Goschen Hospital in Mangaluru witnessed an unprecedented rush of patients.
Meanwhile, a youth who had injuries and was bleeding was brought for treatment at Wenlock hospital. Doctors gave the patient first aid and asked his friends to wait for some time, as they had to handle other emergency cases.
