Udupi, May 12: Over 30 street dogs can be seen moving about aimlessly in the public place, Bhujanga Park in Ajjarkadu here. There are complaints of some of these dogs having been infected with rabies. Reportedly, over ten persons who visited the said park were bitten by dogs of late. These incidents have given rise to a sense of panic in the minds of senior citizens, strollers, and children who come to the park to play on the slide there.

Navya, a ten-year-old girl from Baikady had come to the park on Saturday. She was playing on the slide when a dog suddenly bit her. The girl was treated at the district government hospital and sent home. Social workers have urged the municipal commissioner here to take serious note of the problem created by sick dogs and take appropriate action.

The park area is also known for the nuisance created by drunkards and gays who seem to find this place convenient for their activities. Some regular visitors to the park have rued the fact that complaints made to the town police station here about this problem have fallen on deaf ears.

I love dog and have two dogs at home but does not mean that my dogs should trouble others. It is best that these street dogs should be sent to Smt. Manekha Gandhi's house. She will take care of them. No Issue. Jai Hind.

Your idea is a unique and practical one. Modi's bhai's can have a good business deal with Philippines. But Maneka may not give her approval stamp but Jhootley will like your idea as it is without any change.
