Addressing a press meet at Maravanthe Sadhana auditorium here, he said, "In the previous Lok Sabha elections, members of parliament from BJP won on the basis of Modi wave, but they have failed to deliver their promises and live up to expectations of the people of their respective Lok Sabha constituencies.
"In the upcoming elections, all the three coastal seats will be won by Congress-JD(S) alliance. There is no Modi wave in these districts," he added.
Voters will reject the BJP and vote for the Congress-JD(S) alliance, he said.
