Mangalore, Feb 16: An inter-collegiate Yoga tournament for men and women of Mangalore University was held at School of Social Work, Roshini Nilaya here recently.
Bala Bhasker, president of physical directors association and physical director of SDM College, Ujire, inaugurated the tournament.
Gopala Krishna Delampady, well-known yoga trainer, was the chief judge. Dr Jacintha D'Souza, principal, Roshini Nilaya School of Social Work, Flossy Rayappan, convener and physical director, College of Roshini, and Deepthi M, sports secretary, were present.
Radhakrishna Shetty, Chandra Raj, and Raghavendra Rao were the judges of the event which saw the participation of six colleges in the men's category and four colleges in the women's section.
