Mangalore, Jan 27: Police produced the arrested Sri Rama Sena members in court on Tuesday January 27, and they were remanded to judicial custody till Tuesday February 10.
Mangalore north police produced 27 members in court including Prasad Attavar, state convener, Sri Rama Sena, who were arrested in connection with the attack on a city lounge.
On Wednesday January 28 the bail application will be moved, said advocate Vinod Pal.
Meanwhile, the additional district and sessions court granted interim anticipatory bail to Dinakar Shetty.
He owned responsibility for the attack. Shetty, who is a lawyer by profession, is the legal adviser of the Sri Rama Sena. His bail application was moved by advocate Asha Nayak.
