Bengaluru. Jan 19: Chief minister H D Kumaraswamy said that he is in regular touch with the four Congress MLAs who were absent during the Congress Legislative Party (CLP) meeting held on Friday, January 18.
Kumaraswamy was in Kolkata to attend the Trinamool Congress' (TMC) mega rally on Saturday.
"Nothing will happen. I am in regular touch with these four Congress MLAs. They will also come and join us,” said Kumaraswamy.
He also alleged that the BJP tried to destabilise the Congress-JD(S) government in Karnataka and was offering money to the Congress MLAs.
"You have seen in the last one week how the BJP tried to destabilise the stable government in Karnataka. I want to ask the Prime Minister one question. Recently, at the executive committee meeting in Delhi, he said that he wanted to remove corruption and clean the country. Then what is happening in Karnataka? Which money they are offering to the Congress MLAs?" Kumaraswamy added.
