Bengaluru: Man who forged PM Modi’s signature for high court job arrested

Bengaluru, Dec 28: The Vidhana Soudha police arrested a man who gave a fake letter with forged signature of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, to obtain a job.

Sanjay Kumar, the arrested, had taken the dangerous step to secure a job of a typist in the high court. Police, who received a complaint from high court staff, registered a complaint and arrested Kumar on Friday. The questioning regarding the forged signature is in progress.

The arrested had produced the letter with forged signature that Sanjay Kumar should be provided the job of a typist in the high court. The deputy typist to whom the letter reached expressed suspicions and registered a complaint in Vidhana Soudha police station.

Though the suspect is arrested and being questioned, the police have not been able to know his source.
