Udupi: Osmania, Anna and University of Madras lead in SZ Chess

Udupi, Dec 6: Osmania University Hyderabad, Anna University, Chennai and University of Madras, Chennai were leading with eight match points each at the end of the 4th round on Day 2 in the South Zone Inter-University chess Tournament 2018-19 for men organised by Manipal Academy of Higher Education.

After completion of four of the seven rounds tournament, top seeded Osmania University (8) defeated SRM University (6) in the top board.



Mangalore University (6) lost to Anna University (8) and University of Madras (8) defeated National Institute of Technology Karnataka (6).
