There are a large number of 2 and 4 wheelers moving in the city, without number plates, temporary number plates and defective number plates, which is illegal, and police are not able to track them. Also second hand vehicles are not transferred to the new owners name. The police should launch a special drive against these vehicles. Today it is chain snatching, tomorrow it could be a bigger crime.

@Monti doto mangalore, when the two wheelers or any other second hand vehicles are not registered from buyers, means still in previous owners name?cant the first owner when sold to others just do the registering off ?and to whoom he sold?otherwise the first owner have to hold his head for any possible criminlity .In prinzip we do so here and for taxes and insurances.
