Bengaluru, Nov 22: Mallikarjun, president of Karnataka Labour Welfare Foundation, has complained to the state director general of police, that chief minister (CM), H D Kumaraswamy, had made derogatory remarks about a woman farmer by asking her to where she was sleeping for four years.
Mallikarjun, who addressed a press meet here on Wednesday November 21, said that he had complained online against the CM to the director general of police, Karnataka Women's Commission and Human Rights Commission. He demanded immediate action against the CM.
"By talking derisively about a woman from a farming community, Kumaraswamy, who is occupying the position of the CM, the highest in the state, has insulted the entire farming community in the state. Therefore, the concerned should take cognizance of this offence and take steps against him," Mallikarjun demanded.
