No ban has ever become successful anywhere in the world, be it alcohol ban in Bihar/ Gujarat or beef ban in Maharastra. The banned items are available in plenty but at a higher price. These bans are just political gimmicks for vote bank.

It is high time we legalize and regulate beef, alcohol as well as prostitution in India in the best interest of the society. However impractical one may think of this at the moment, all this will be come legal sooner than later. You cannot control people with laws and bans.

Whoever wants to have them will make sure to have them at any cost. This is the all time truth be it in India or anywhere else in the world.

They may be respecting cows so much, that's why instead of walking they took them in Mahindra Jeep like VIPS. If they steal these cows punish them, if it is their own then enter their names in gods register after 5000 + which is the waiting list # now.

In a Jeep ? Well better than Maruthi 800. Nevertheless, where is the permit ?? Did the bargain too much on Haftha so that the police got the prior information ?

Or, Pravin Nayak and Jagadish Hegde, the lawful sons of the mother, were slyly executing the plan to end her for consumption ?
