Bengaluru, Nov 11: Siddaramiah has vented his anger through a tweet on the occasion of Tipu Jayanti. This tweet is being viewed as one which is directly intended on teasing chief minister H D Kumaraswamy and Deputy chief minister Dr G Parameshwar for abstaining from the Tipu Jayanti celebrations.
In his tweet, former chief minister Siddaramaiah said that I will not deviate from the fundamental principle of secularism. However, when one reads in between the lines of Siddaramaiah's tweet it becomes clear that he is trying to say that that the prominent leaders of the coalition government are breaking the secularism.
Siddaramaiah's tweet says "I have made some adjustments in the best interest of the public. However, I will never make any adjustment in a fundamental theory like secularism. Power will come and go, I don't care."
Rumors are making round that Kumaraswamy and Dr Parameshwar have abstained purposely from the celebrations pertaining to Tipu Jayanti. It is said that they have not taken part in the celebration due to the fear of losing power and also public ire.
By his tweet, Siddaramaiah has indirectly accused that for the greed of power both have abstained from Tipu Jayanti celebration and given up secularism.
