Ballari, Nov 7: If certain sources are to be believed, embattled former minister, Gali Janardhan Reddy, is likely to be sent behind bars.
It is said that Reddy had got demonetized currency notes illegally exchanged. Police sources say that in this connection, personnel of central crime branch at Bengaluru will serve him notice shortly.
Three persons close to Reddy are said to be already in the custody of the police in this connection. They are, Farid, who owns Ambident company, Brijesh, a builder by profession and Ramesh Kothary.
It is said that the police are busy hunting for the personal assistant of Reddy, who is the main accused in the case.
