Mangaluru Oct 13: 'Marian Sentinel', a residential apartment project from Marian Projects Pvt Ltd was inaugurated by Fr Maxim Nazareth, Capuchin from St Ann's Fairy, at Mallikatta here on Saturday, October 13.
Fr Maxim Nazareth also blessed the building on the occasion.
Director operations and admin of Marian Project Pvt Ltd, Ujwal D' Souza and managing director of Marian Projects Naveen Cardoza were present.

At present Marian Projects Pvt Ltd is coming up with 4 projects. Marian Solace a 15-storey building comprising of 156 midscale apartments at Kottara Chowki is in the finishing stage and slated to be completed by March 2019.
Marians flagship project ‘Marian Park’ which saw a delay due to some illegal encroachment has caught up steam and the construction is in full swing after the eviction of the encroachment by the court. It is a 23 storey building with 293 apartments and 13 gated villas.
