Bantwal, Oct 1: A gang, who arrived in two bikes, entered a saloon at Neralakatte near Mani here on the night of Sunday, September 30 and demolished the furniture and instruments of the saloon over a trivial matter and assaulted a person who is employed at the said saloon.
Mussaid (30), a resident of New Delhi, is the person who was attacked in this incident. He was working in a saloon that functions at Ganesh Complex building at Neralakatte and is owned by a person called Nasir, a resident of same village.
As per details available, the gang of six miscreants, who arrived on two bikes, entered the saloon and damaged all the mirror and furniture and attacked Mussaid, who was in the saloon at that time and escaped from the spot.
Vittal and Bantwal police visited the spot and are investigating further.
The exact reason for the attack is not known.
