Mandya: HDK hears woes of a girl selling flowers, assures help

Mandya, Aug 30: In a perfect example of humanity and concern for the downtrodden of the society, H D Kumaraswamy, chief minister (CM) of the state, stopped his car while he was passing by his car through the village of Belagola at Srirangapatna near here seeing a girl selling flowers, hear her woes and assured her of assistance.

CM saw Shababtaz, the girl who was busy in selling the flowers, stopped his car and spoke to her. H D Kumaraswamy enquired about the education of the girl and her parents. He asked the girl to come to Bengaluru with her mother and father and assured that he will provide help for her education.
