Udupi: Former MLA Pramod Madhwaraj visits injured Congress activist Sunil D’Souza

Udupi, Aug 8: Former MLA and Congress leader Pramod Madhwaraj visited party activist Sunil D’Souza, on Tuesday, August 7.

BJP workers had assaulted Sunil D'Souza, a resident of Badanidiyoor, near Malpe. Sunil is being treated at hospital. The senior Congress leader visited Sunil at the hospital and enquired about his health.

Madhwaraj said that he condemns the assault which is politically motivated. Police officials were asked to conduct impartial inquiry and take suitable actions against the suspects so that such incidents do not reoccur.
