Bengaluru: Bike-borne techie crushed by water tanker

Bengaluru, May 20: In a tragic accident which happened at Whitefield here on the night of Friday May 18, a software engineer who was moving by a motor bike, was killed by a water tanker. Prasad Renu (33) from Dandeli in Uttara Kannada district, who resided at Siddapura here, lost his life in this accident.

Prasad, working for a private software company at Mahadevapura was returning home in his Bullet motor bike at around 10 pm, when this accident happened. The water tanker, which came at high speed from behind, hit the motor bike on Ramagondanahalli main road.

Prasad, who suffered extensive injuries, died on the spot, police stated. Whitefield traffic police, who have taken the tanker driver into custody, have begun investigation.

    so sad.How many bike accidents we heard today in one day itself.?How many lives are lost within a secnd?In a so heavy traffic roads ,high speed bikes,other vehicles too dont keep up speed limit,fly almost like in air.when it the loss of a member in our own family comes we realize how sad it is and blame others.May his soul rest in peace.Heartfelt sympathy to the family.
