Mangaluru, Apr 9: An FIR has been filed in Konaje police station here against RSS leader Kalladka Prabhakar Bhat over his controversial statement against minister U T Khader.

Dr Kalladka Prabhakar Bhat during the recent fast-unto-death protest at Amritadhara Goshale, Kairangala, Bantwal had resorted to verbal assaults on minister U T Khader, questioning whether it was right to invite him to a temple programme and stating that any temple that Khader entered should be 'cleansed'.

This apart, Bhat had also allegedly spoken against the Election Commission and ridiculed the model code of conduct.

The FIR was registered against Prabhakar Bhat under IPC section 153 (A) and RP Act 125 for allegedly holding meetings without obtaining permission from the election commission and thus violating the election code of conduct.

Dakshina Kannada district Congress leaders had complained against Prabhakar Bhat alleging that he had violated the election code of conduct by speaking ill about the Election Commission and election procedures. Congress leaders also alleged that Bhat tried to disrupt harmony in the district and urged that he be arrested till the completion of elections.

    These people who file FIR does not have guts to arrest Kalladka Prabhakar Bhat. Our Veteran Ramanath Rai told openly in the last election that if he comes to power he will arrest him. What happened? Nothing. Who is Kalladka Prabhakar Bhat 10 years back. He was nothing. Why is he given prominence. This is all because of our foolish politicians particularly from the Congress. Many might not accept what I have written but this is the fact. Congress was virtually holding Dakshina Kannada District and Udupi districts. BJP was no where. Congress used to always wins saying that they are secular but to befrank they are not secular they are sickular. They used to support many times the minority community which I'm not against but in some cases they have done out right and this has made the Majority Community on the negative side. Pls Pls there is no politics and this is fact. I'm not saying BJP is great etc. All Politicians particularly from undivided Coastal Karnataka are same other than Halady Srinivas Shetty, They have made their money. Development, jobs for youths etc initiation is not there from our Politicians. These are all reasons for BJP being stronger and Kalladka Prabhakar Bhat coming out. Please note in the coming election we will have many surprises particularly from Coastal Karnataka. I have never seen any Politicians fighting for jobs for our youths in any company. Why is this Till our Politicians work for overall development, bringing projects where our youths get jobs these people will become stronger and they don't care. Bhat openly says let them arrest me and he wants to get arrested. If he is arrested then he will become more stronger. This is his trick.

    I AM SOMETIME JUST WATCHING HIS SPEECH ON YOUTUBE for fun & time pass ... he will tell his own Narrated all fake story ......to the innocent people especially to a backward caste region Bantwal, Belthgaday, Sullia & Puttur.

    But he is a good speech.

    His motivation is to bring the people to BJP fold from Congress (hidden agenda).
    He told that also king Shivaji Hindu king. But he was secular king & all his administration Jobs handled by Muslims.
    During Mughal, or Shivaji or other kings time, there was no Hindu or Muslim color
    But this is started after the India partition.

    Many more FIRs in different police stations across the state should be filed against this Prabhakara Bhat.He is not a role model for the youth of Karnataka in general and DK in particular.Instead of working for the peace, unity and harmony among all communities he is spreading hatred and dividing.
    When elections come near this Bhat is very active delivering inflamatory speeches. People of DK wants the Police authorities and the Election commissioner to take proper action against him.After all nobody is above the law in our democratic country.

    Khader should stop visiting temples if it is a problem for some. I am also against any politician visiting church/Temple/Mosque for appeasing people from that community. We have to maintain the sanctity of holy places . of late I am observing priests from my community welcoming politicians inside the Church. That is not a correct thing to do.

    I agree with Mr Pinto when he says a politician should not enter any religious place.

    Mr Pinto stated… “I am also against any politician visiting church/Temple/Mosque” and you had objection to that.
    One point to be noted here - Mr Pinto used the word 'Politician' and not Worshipper.

    Moreover, while talking about Ivan/ Mr Lobo / UT Khader, as worshippers they can go to church/ mosque. Please don’t mix politics with religion.

    Dear Sir

    First let us clow the beef exporting factories like Al Kabeer in Hyderabad and many in Nww Mumbai.
    The owners of these factories are Jains and Hindus. They export cow meat ( Beef) to all over the world. Is beef only banned for Indian citizens residing in India and permitted for Hindus to slaughter cows and export its meat. No one from BJP or RSS talks of these factories because they are the money banks of the political parties and cannot antagonize them even when they export a few 100 kgs of beef.. Then easy method is create dharnas and kill a few humans for carrying a kg or 2 of beef. Anyway beef is more valuable then humans. In the bargain you also get a vote bank.

    How much hypocrasy will you leaders have, Shut the factories exporting beef and then there will be now demand for cows. This way cows also will be safe.

    To tell you also I know of many Hindus eating beef in middle east and in India but not in their homes( Sic)

    BJP and Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh members have made mockery of the law of the land and reduced the meaning of 'First Information Report' to 'Free Insighting Rights'. None of this cases ever investigated and accused is prosecuted. Even before law enforcement issues arrest warrant these people get 'clean chit'.

    The autonomous Election Commison of India which should have great role to ensure free and fair elections now seems like helpless. Today RTI RTI activist in Mumbai has claimed considerable mismatch in numbers of EVMs from manufacturers and buyers raising huge concerns over the free and fair conduct of elections in India.

    Being Doctor in profession Kalladka whole life spent in spreading hatred between the community just like Praveen Togadia who is now facing death threat from his own people.

    It seems ECI wanted communal tensions to help its master in BJP to help in Karnataka elections which these days taking order from PMO and like its extension.

    How many heads does Election Commision of India need from Kannadigas regardless of their faith to stop this madness of hatred?
    If Zakir Naik religious debate are threat to the nation, why Kalladka Prabhakar Bhat is the only person have 'free to preach hate'?
    How long does District commissioner, Home Minister of Karnataka need to send arrest warrant or put him under house arrest?
    Why only innocent Indians only need to sacrifice their lives for this communal politics? Why not first victim is his own family members?

    Modi led BJP, is creating a platform to help Modi to have some attendance in his election rallies. These guys are doing that job. When Modi comes he tweaks something, degrade congress and its leaders, people will clap and cheer. For all his development program he will claim congress is the road block.

    For Modi led BJP, development could be painting a statue with saffron color or engineers selling pakoda's as they are not able to find jobs.

    There will be flood of FIRs from either side, but nothing eventually going to change.

    I agree with your comment.. Few years before we were (Hindus, christians)all united under any circumstances. We used to look forward Diwali, ugadi and taking part in the festivals, in return our Hindu neighbors looking forward for Christmas and nativity... Now it's squeezes the heart to let you know, since the venom started spreading by these above people, now no one is mingling with anyone...everyone is inside their house.
    Once I asked some of my neighbors what happened to us? Why we are like this? No fight, no argument, no issues on land etc etc why we don't talk to each other?? You have remained as same Hindu like how you were in the past and I am the same christian who didn't even speak one sentence of bible To you.. For this no answer.. But that love unity didn't come back. No one talks to each other but watch suspiciously.
    Will political parties or Mr Kalladka bhat restore same harmony like before??
    Do political parties feed us? Do they come in emergency? Do they add to our bank balance?

    your views true!! i was in kuwait a few years back working as a manager for japanese import/export company, there i saw old retired people in schools for dropping and picking up their grand/great grand children and in the evening in parks playing with them!!! but here in india old people are seen in politics and gossiping but no time to spend with their grand children and temples.. remember your end and try to change!!
