Kuwait, Apr 3: Laughter is the best medicine to heal inner pain, to eases tension, leading one to a different world called ‘happiness’. While gearing up for the upcoming Band Charitra live concert to be held on April 13, the organizers have planned an evening full of energy, joy and laughter.Highlight of the evening will be the comical skits by renowned comedians ‘Trio from Kuwait’ Lancy Rodrigues, Jaison Lasrado and Stephen Machado.

Lancy, Jaison and Stephen are household names in Kuwait. The trio has been entertaining Kuwait, Bahrain and Doha with their unique comedy, natural acting and punch dialogues. It is a great opportunity for UAE Konkans to witness the great comedy circus from these great comedians.

Lancy Rodrigues, Bondel

The highly talented Lancy hails from Bondel parish. He is a writer, director, composer, singer, compere, actor, and organiser. He is credited for composing many Konkani hit songs, and also acted and directed many stage shows. A person of many talents, he himself has written and directed more than 100 jokes, some of which have already been presented on Konkani stages and applauded by many.

Jaison Lasrado, Angelore

Jaison hails from Angelore parish. Blessed with many talents, a good singer, well known compere and a brilliant actor, Jaison can play many music instruments. Jaison is an epitome to Gulf voice finalists from Kuwait, which helped them to win the GVOM title. He will be playing special appearance in the skit on April 13.

Stephen Machado, Karkala

Stephen Machado is a man of simplicity, talented and an impressive leader. He has served as KCWA (Kuwait Canara Welfare Association) president for two terms. Stephen is known for his unique acting and punch lines and is popularly known for act of a drunken man. It is an amusing sight to watch Stephen on stage.
