Mangaluru, Feb 27: The annual nemotsava festival at Kordhabbu temple, one of the ancient Babbuswamy temples in Suterpet, here known to have preserved traditional devotion to supernatural spirit 'Daiva' will be held from March 3 to March 6.

The repository 'Bhandara' will be climbed after services to Babbuswamy, Panjurli and Guliga spirits in the morning on March 3. Guliga Nema, Bhagwan Babbuswamy and Tannimaniga Nemas will be held in the afternoon.

Rahuguliga Nema will be held in the evening on March 4. Panjurli and Guliga Nema will be held at night. Dharma Daiva Nema will be held in the afternoon on March 5. Subbiguliga and Subbamma Nemotsava will be at night that day.



Sankale Guliga Nema will be in the afternoon on March 6. Koragajja Nema and getting down the 'Bhandara' will be at night.

Satyanarayana Puja

The annual Satyanarayana puja will be performed by trustee Bhasker Aithal on March 2 at 6 pm. Free meals will be served at night. Gana Nritya Vaibhava cultural programme will be held at night by Vijaya Friends. 'Maha Anna Santarpane (free meals) will be served on all four days of the festival,” said temple gurikara S Raghavendra in a press release.
