Dubai: JAKC to hold Konkan Dabazo at Jebel Ali on Feb 1

Dubai, Jan 26: The Jebel Ali Assisi Konkani Community (JAKC) will be presenting 'Konkan Dabazo 2018', a fun filled Konkani entertainment programme in the parish hall of St Francis of Assisi Church, Jebel Ali , UAE on Thursday February 1 at 7.30 pm.

The JAKC is organizing this event with the intention to promote Konkani language and culture.

Notable musicians from all over UAE will be playing for the live band.

Well-known actors of Dubai Joel, Joyline, Royston, Frankith and other talented artistes from Jebel Ali will present comedy skits to make the audience laugh to the fullest.

Dances will be performed by Nickson and group who were members of Nach Sobhann along with other talented parishioners of Jebel Ali

The organisers have promised an evening filled with fun which will be compered by Vernon D’Souza and Nisha Sequeira.

The organisers have requested all Konkani lovers to gather in large numbers and witness the event. The programme will end with a family dinner.

Entry to the event is free.
