It is true that most of the teachers are encouraging only excellent students. They do not put any effort to dig out the hidden talents from average students.

At the same time it is also noticeable that now a days students are also becoming sensitive in every aspect of their lives. How come a 14 year student can take a decision to commit suicide? that too need proper preparation . Students grow up................take scoldings or insults lightly. Nothing could break you if you are strong. Suicide is very cowardly act. It is not the solution for everything.

If children are weak in studies or other performances there will be reason for that. Poverty, both the parents going for work, illiterate parents, hard work in the house due to poverty, ill health, more siblings etc .

Most of the parents may not be able to give attention to children . IN the school teachers see only bright students. Only brilliant students. They choose them for all dances and other activities. They encourage only the students they love and forward in education.

If the teachers are educated so that they will work with the weaker students too , they also come up like other students.

But in maximum schools teachers ignore weaker students.

school teachers have only that job. They are trained to give education to the students.

This girl committed suicide. Many students leave school and stay at home. Fall back in studies. As they are small children no body are bothered about them. They also have no courage to complain to teachers and parents.

students weaker in studies and performance are harrased by teachers in all the schools.

If with encouragement and love these weaker children will come forward. But with harrasement they became still weaker and they loose all and little confidence they have.

Goverment and NGO should take necessary action to educate the teachers in this aspect.

Otherwise these children though not physically mentally will be killed by teachers.
