The word is moving towards smart metering wherein you can connect/disconnect remotely. You dont have to send a person to disconnect power supply for unpaid bills as the meter has a small disconnector which can be remotely connected. However we are more interested in Mandir-Masjid, Gau mata, Ram Mandir. Kya hoga is desh ka?

The Mescom staff or the line man has every right to disconnect the connection if the bill is not paid in time.Tell Kurian you have not paid the bill and take the fuse straightaway.Even there is no chance of verbal communication. It is as good as you go to a hotel eat and drink of your choice and finally you say I will not pay the bill which in unacceptable even in the eyes of law or in the eyes of god.
