These greetings and good wishes go to Mr. Laxman Nimbargi from distant America from Joe Gondsalves. Mr. Sanjiv patel was indeed my good friend and I could always go to him for help to the public when he was the D.C.P. crime and traffic in Mangalore. He was a great help to me to discharge my duties as a Chief Traffic Warden, Mangalore. He is leaving Udupi is indeed a loss to the district but from all accounts Mr. Nimbargi is good officer and would be a help to all peace loving people of the district.

May his tenure in Udupi be a long and fruitful one.
