Bantwal, Dec 13: An unidentified body of male was found on the railway tracks near B C Road on Wednesday, December 13.

The deceased who seems to be in his 20s is suspected to have committed suicide.

The body was discovered by the locals who informed the railway authorities. Railway police inspector Jayanand K visited the spot. The body was shifted to Wenlock hospital in Mangaluru.

The police suspect that the deceased belongs to Karkala as a few visiting cards were found in his clothes which belonged to businesses at Yedepadau in Karkala.
