Delivering a speech on 'Staff Engagement-Latest Buzzword in HR' organized in the city by Mangalore Management Association (MMA) in association with SDM College of Business Management at the SDM College conference hall on Friday July 4, he said that individual employees should be involved and committed to the tasks assigned to them. Adopting time-tested changes and transforming average employees into engaged ones results in large scale improvement in the employee productivity and business volumes of the concern. Engaged employees help the concerns to reach their goals easily, he explained.
The companies should follow individuals closely and recognize strengths of individual employees.
