Bengaluru, Nov 26: In addition to the ongoing 'Parivartana Yatra', BJP will hold 'Navashakti Samavesha' and also three huge conferences in Bengaluru city. This was decided by the BJP core committee on Saturday, November 25, in a meeting that was held at the state BJP office at Malleshwaram.

In addition, it was decided to get the leaders of other parties to join BJP, in areas where the party has difficulty in securing votes and increase the probability of winning. The meeting was conducted under the leadership of Muralidhar Rao, in-charge state BJP, Piyush Goyal, joint in-charge, state BJP and B S Yeddyurappa, president, state BJP.

Keeping in mind the support of the people that the party is getting for the 'Parivartana Yatra', 'Navashakti Samavesha' needs to be organized at several places in the state. it was decided in the meeting that the state leaders of the party have to discuss and fix the date and place for these samaveshas.

As per the sources, supporters of BJP party have raised an objection in giving 'party ticket' for people from other political parties, who are joining the party with the only intention of contesting the forthcoming assembly elections. Piyush Goyal and Muralidhar Rao have instructed the state leaders to give tickets to people from other political parties only in areas where the winning is in doubtful for BJP.

It was decided to hold three massive conferences on December 10, December 17 and January 7, 2018, in Bengaluru city district (including BBMP), which has 28 legislative constituencies and also to invite senior leaders from the center including Arun Jaitley and Sushma Swaraj.
