Udupi: Traditional cake mixing ceremony held by Bake Studio

Udupi Nov 25: Prior to Christmas celebrations, the dry fruit mixing ceremony for the Christmas cake was held at Bake Studio, a unit of Kemmale Food and Beverage (KFB) here on Saturday, November 25.

Cashew nuts, walnut, raisins and other dry fruits were mixed with wine on the occasion. Guests and audience also joined their hands in mixing the dry fruits. Dry fruits were beautifully designed in the shape of Santa Claus. This ceremony is held every year here at Bake Studio.

KFB Bake Studio is a part of Kemmale Group. Bake Studio has been providing excellent service to the people from last four years.

Akshay Ammanna, priest of Christha Jyothi Church blessed the event and said, “We are preparing for the birthday of Jesus Christ. I wish Kemmale Group success in all their deeds. God is with them and they will prosper in their business.”

“At present, there are six outlets of Bake Studio serving people. Shortly before Christmas, two more outlets in Adi Udupi and Padubidre will be opened,” said the promoters of Bake Studio.

Talking to daijiworld.com, Don Karkada, partner of Bake Studio said, “This mix will be kept for 21 days after which it will be used to prepare cakes. Use of wine gives a good aroma to the cake. It will be very soft in its final outcome and will also last for a long time.”

Bake Studio believes in quality service to customers. Home delivery to customers is also available.

Praveen Shetty, Udupi Urban Development Corporation, Harish Kini, secretary, Udupi district Congress, Vijay Poojary, council member of Bailoor ward, Arul D’souza Shirva, Godwin Karkada, J K Shetty partners and staff of Kemmale Group were present.
