Hunters who kill innocent animals deserve no mercy whatsoever. They do exist in many parts of Kundapura Karkala and moodabidri.

Both are culprits here. Both were doing illegal stuff. Cutting trees and hunting animals. Both got punished accidentally or could be by God Almighty. One lost his life and the other 2 will face min 7 to 10 years of Jail term for multiple offences.

what so crazy about hunting...without looking around who is in other side only with movement shot the thing. who is going to bear loss of a person. it's a tragedy.
One person hunted deer enjoying peaceful life..without much trouble.
May be these two people are going to sail in troubled water.

    Lancy,

The timing is perfect, no flaw with the report. (1) If he goes tree-cutting at 11.40 pm, the guards will not only catch him, they will video shoot his act too as an evidence. Same with the hunters - nobody goes hunting during day time.

But one thing appreciable of him is cutting a tree without light. Had he used a light, the hunters would have perceived a human presence, not an animal's hence both parties would have exchanged a beedi or two and proceeded with their business instead of this unfortunate end.

What abt hunters how could they have shot w/o lights in pitch darkness? Along with gun, powerful flashlights r prime requirements for hunting! This appears to be a fishy case!

Illegal hunting though banned happens even now. I heard its common in Kundpaur Karkala area, Here a man lost his life, Very sad indeed. I feel the forest officials must take strict action on hunters who are endangering our animals. Animals are protected now and animals need protection Otherwise many spiecies may become extinct. High time we protect our animals from cruel hunters who have no respect for wildlife. Sadly here a man lost his life. Feeling sad

    Three crimes:
    1. Cutting trees in reserved forest
    2. Hunting animals in reserved forest
which led to bigger crime ie.,
    3. Killing a human being.
Who gave the (gun) license to fools?
