Recently a rule has come not to burn dry leaves or anything on roadside. But our MCC people who clean the areas, roads and onis heap the leaves and garbage and set fire which is also harmful to the health of babies and senior citizens. This should be done in future. whether this car in flames due to burning of dry leaves is a fact or not. , which should be investigated. Since wind is blowing now anything there is a scope for it.

In fact this road is a problem we find cars and bikes parked on footpaths and causing pedestrians to walk on the road. The traffic police only interested to nab riders without helmets if they are there. The police should be strict with cars specially which are parked on the footpath. The car owner as learnt a good lesson.

Can't be as simple as that. Nobody will set dry leaves on fire so close to a parked car. Probably the car belongs to the one harassing someone in the vicinity.
